1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Bhaav Sangeet Vidhyalaya (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Academy”) handles refund requests and course cancellations. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Methods

Course fees are accepted via cash or bank transfer only. We currently do not accept payments through online payment gateways (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, cards).

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of enrollment/payment.
• If a student is unable to continue their course within this 7-day period, a 50% refund of the paid course fee may be issued, subject to review and approval by the Academy.
• Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of enrollment/payment will not be eligible for any refund.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Fees will not be refunded under the following circumstances:

• Refund requests made after the 7-day window has passed
• Voluntary withdrawal by the student after actively attending multiple classes beyond the 7-day period
• Termination of enrollment due to violation of the Academy’s Terms & Conditions or conduct rules
• Missed classes due to the student’s personal absence (see Section 6 below)

5. How to Request a Refund

Please provide your full name, enrollment/course details, payment date, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (cash or bank transfer) within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

• By the Academy: If a class is cancelled by the Academy due to instructor unavailability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class or notify students/parents in advance. No refund is owed in such cases, as the class will be rescheduled.
• By the Student: If a student misses a class due to personal reasons, the missed class is generally not eligible for a refund or make-up session, unless otherwise arranged with the Academy at its discretion.

7. Course Discontinuation by the Academy

In the rare event that the Academy discontinues a course or program before its completion, students will be offered either:

• A prorated refund for the unused portion of the course, or
• Transfer to an alternative course/class of similar value

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
