To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity or your relationship to the student before processing a deletion request.
- Processing Time and Limitations
- We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 15–30 days of verification.
- Some information may need to be retained even after a deletion request, where required for legal, tax, or accounting compliance (e.g., payment records), or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. In such cases, we will inform you of what is retained and why.
- Deleting your data may affect your ability to continue accessing certain services, such as your student account or enrollment status.
- Withdrawal of Media Consent
If your request relates specifically to photographs or videos used on our website or social media, please refer to our Child Safety & Media Consent Policy. You may request removal of such media at any time by contacting us at info@bhaavsangeet.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Third-Party Platforms
If your data has been shared with a third party as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, our teaching staff and administration), we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate deletion where applicable. Please note we do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or payment gateway services, so your data is not held by such external platforms.
