1. Introduction

This Admission & Enrollment Policy outlines the eligibility criteria, process, and terms for enrolling in courses at Bhaav Sangeet Vidhyalaya (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Academy”). By enrolling, students and parents/guardians agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• Our courses are open to students aged 7 years and above.
• There is no upper age limit — we welcome children, teenagers, and adults.
• Students under the age of 18 must enroll with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment at Bhaav Sangeet Vidhyalaya is simple and requires only the following:

• Submission of accurate personal information, including:
  • Full name
  • Age / date of birth
  • Contact details (phone number, email, address)
  • Parent/guardian name and contact details (for students under 18)
  • Course/instrument of interest
• No prior documents, certificates, or trial classes are required to enroll.
• Payment of the applicable course fee (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for payment terms).

4. Enrollment Process

1. Interested students/parents may contact the Academy via phone, email, or in-person visit, or through the “Book a Free Trial” option on our website.
2. Provide the required personal information as listed above.
3. Complete payment of the course fee via cash or bank transfer.
4. Enrollment is confirmed once information and payment are received, and the student is assigned to a class schedule.

5. Class Placement

• Students will be placed into appropriate classes based on age, skill level, and course/instrument selected.
• The Academy reserves the right to adjust class placement, schedule, or instructor assignment as needed to ensure quality instruction.

6. Attendance & Discipline

Students and parents/guardians are expected to follow the Academy’s conduct expectations, including:

• Attending classes regularly and arriving on time
• Informing the Academy in advance in case of anticipated absence
• Maintaining respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Taking proper care of academy instruments and equipment
• Following classroom etiquette and instructions given by instructors
• Refraining from any disruptive or harmful conduct during classes, rehearsals, or performances

Repeated violation of these expectations may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of enrollment, at the Academy’s discretion.

7. Parent/Guardian Presence

To maintain a focused and distraction-free learning environment, parents/guardians are generally not permitted to remain in the classroom during regular class sessions. Exceptions may be made at the Academy’s discretion for specific circumstances (e.g., very young beginners, special needs).

8. Fee Payment

• Course fees must be paid via cash or bank transfer at the time of enrollment.

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Enrollment

The Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate enrollment at its discretion in cases including but not limited to:

• Submission of false or incomplete information
• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of the Academy’s conduct rules or these policies
• Behavior deemed harmful to other students, staff, or the Academy
